If you have forgotten your sign in details, you can use this page to have a new temporary password sent to your email account. First enter your registered email address and the verification code shown on the screen to proceed. Next, answer one of the two security questions you entered when you first signed into QuickSuper.
If you correctly answer the security question, you will be assigned a temporary password that will be emailed to your email account. You will be required to change this password when you next sign in.
If this is the case, you will need to request a password reset through other means. If there is another user in your facility with sufficient privileges, you may request them to reset your password. Otherwise, you may contact us by following the link at the bottom of the page or follow the instructions below to fax your reset password request to the QuickSuper Customer Care team.
